The house is located in Villa Mari, a small and exclusive residential complex located on Via del Secco, which has exclusive access to the famous San Vito beach, which is only 140 mt. The pedestrian zone of the city center is just 300 meters away. Villa Mari is composed of 4 residential units, each with private facilities and sharing large common areas. Among these are the solarium with sea view and an exclusive area also living this sea view. Children can also play safely as the outside areas of Villa Mari are adequately closed from the outside. The Lappanu Unit is a large two-room flat on the ground floor which has a very large living room with a sofa bed, a double bedroom with a single bed, a bathroom and a large and comfortable veranda equipped. Both the living room and the master bedroom are air conditioned. Two bicycles and parking are available for guests.
