Villa Tiziana is a typical Sicilian villa with private swimming pool located only a short walking distance from the sandy beach of San Vito Lo Capo, a very popular tourist resort in the west of Sicily. It is also an excellent base for exploring the charming surrounding area from the Zingaro nature reserve, the salt pans of Trapani and Marsala to the medieval village of Erice and Trapani.

The villa boasts a well-tended, lush garden, a lovely swimming pool with sun terrace and a spacious terrace.

The villa is composed of a main house and an annex and it develops over one level only.

In the main house we find the living room with fireplace, sofas and TV area; large kitchen with dining table and chairs. The sleeping area consists of one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, one separate bathroom with shower and one separate bathroom with toilet and sink only.

In the annex we have one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.

Outside, we have a large garden with covered terrace equipped with table, chairs, sofa and table tennis. There is a private swimming pool (14x8m; 1.5 – 2.5m deep; open from April 1st to November 30th) equipped with sun lounges.
