It was too noisy because of the stupid trolley trains Ringing their stupid bell horn its hard to go to sleep. I didn't like it and the curtains on the rooms are too small doesn't cover enough for privacythey need to get rid of that trolly train it makes too much noise

Rooms are well furnished and very modern. Everything is very clean. Comfortable place to lay your head, gabriel and orlando are very helpful and kind.

First room no privacy in bathroom, no TV service. I had them move me rooms this room dirty like someone was there prior to moving me, floors dirty, no bathroom privacy, and AC/heater didn’t work and it was cold. Staff didn’t want to fix it
