EVERYTHING IS ACCESSIBLE ON FOOT: Local shops 6 minutes away - town center and old port 7 minutes away via the Picotières path - beaches 10 minutes away - Numerous walks in the immediate vicinity.

- 1 Double living room 33 m2 facing south with balcony and view of part of the old town and the sea in winter.
- Dining room 17 m2 with large table up to 10/12 place settings
- Kitchen and scullery.
- 1 large bedroom 14m2 (1.60m bed)
- 1 bedroom 12 m2 (1.40 m bed)

Thanksgiving in Sanary

Our family and friends spent 2 great weeks in this Provençal- style mas . Full of character and charm! And an easy walk down to the port which was busy and colorful! The Wednesday market is amazing ! We even purchased a Turkey ! Would highly recommend this property ! It’s quirky and worked for us !

Une maison de charme

Anne et Francis se sont montrés des hôtes accueillants et disponibles. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison atypique et pleine de charme ! L'intérieur est spacieux et décoré avec goût, l'extérieur dispose d'endroits où manger en famille, se prélasser, bouquiner... les clés de vacances réussies !

Einfach wunderbar

Sanary-sur-mer ist ein Traum und das Haus ist uns schnell zum Zuhause geworden. Großzügig, stilvoll eingerichtet, alles was man zum Kochen brauchte war da, und sowohl die Strände als auch der Hafen sind leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Vielen Dank, wir träumen schon vom nächsten Urlaub.

Zentrumnahes Ferienhaus für Familienurlaub - Centrally located holiday home for families

Das Haus ist sehr groß; wir waren 5 Erwachsene und 1 Baby und hatten trotzdem noch Zimmer frei. Ein großer Garten, sowie mehrere schöne Möglichkeiten draußen zu sitzen, waren super. Am großen Gartentische hatten wir auch etwas Meerblick. Das Haus liegt super zentral - das Stadtzentrum und auch der Bäcker sind zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Die ganz Motivierten können innerhalb von 15 Minuten den Strand zu Fuß zu erreichen (uns war es dazu aber zu heiß :-)). Die Kommunikation mit Francis war jederzeit schnell und unkompliziert. Wir fanden es sehr schön, dass er mit uns englisch sprechen konnte. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The house is very big; we were 5 adults and 1 baby and still had empty rooms. A large garden as well as several nice possibilities to sit outside were great. At the big garden table we also had some sea view. The house is located very centrally - the city centre and the bakery are within walking distance. Those who are very motivated can reach the beach within 15 minutes (but it was too hot for us :-)). The communication with Francis was always fast and uncomplicated. It was very nice that he could speak English with us. We'd love to come back anytime.

Génial !!!

Cette grande maison atypique s'est avérée idéale pour notre réunion de famille. Nous étions 10 et avons eu largement assez de place pour ne pas nous marcher les uns sur les autres. L'extérieur est également plein de charme et très bien aménagé. Si on rajoute que la propriétaire est très sympathique et très disponible, je pense qu'on a fait le tour. Nous garderons donc un excellent souvenir de notre séjour et nous envisageons déjà la possibilité de revenir.

Maison pleine de charme avec de la place en suffisance pour tout le monde. Equipement complet, il ne manque rien. Très bien située à proximité des commerces, du port et des plages De plus les propriétaires sont très chaleureux. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Maison de vacances ideale

Maison agréable offrant beaucoup d'espace et très bien située a 10min de marche du port. La maison est bien équipée (TV, wifi, cuisine, équipements de jardin...). Les propriétaires sont chaleureux et facilement accessibles. Seul bémol sur la propreté initiale des lieux qui ne justifie pas 150 euros de frais.

Très belle maison bien située.

Nous avons été les premiers locataires de la maison. Les propriétaires se sont montrés très avenant, aimables et sympathiques. La disposition des chambres dans la maison est un peu atypique mais une fois nos marques prises tout s'est très bien passé (nous étions 9). A quelques minutes des plages et du centre (marché) de Sanary, la maison est très bien située...
