Endless fun awaits at this classic, turn-of-the-century 4 bedroom, 3 bath knotty pine house converted from a one room schoolhouse in Laconia and moved to the western shore of Lake Winnisquam! Every room boasts panoramic views of the lake & Belknap Mountains with woodsy shorelines! Private, 300 feet of lake frontage has 2 docks: a sturdy 40-foot dock with a comfortable glider bench to watch the sun & moon rising across the lake, and a dock with a stable, dry FLOATING KAYAK-LAUNCH. There's a rowboat, canoe, 4 fast "peddle-drive" kayaks. & 6 regular kayaks, including 2 double kayaks. The sandy area has Adirondack chairs around the large wood firepit with flickering Tiki torches. We take pride in the Certification of our property by the National Wildlife Federation recognizing our commitment to sustainably provide essential elements of wildlife habitat: food, water, cover and places to raise young.
