The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
The property must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Extra cleaning charges may be incurred for cleaning of dirty dishes, washing machine, dishwasher, emptying fridge, dirty/greasy BBQ.
Spa lid is to be in position and locked for safety. All furniture and furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived otherwise a furniture repositioning charge will apply.
Late departure without previous approval by the owner will incur a fee of 50% of the nightly rate on the day of departure. Smoking or vaping is not permitted in the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
