A good location but ancient bathrooms.

Pros: The location. The garden were also interesting?
Cons: The swimming pool was cloudy and packed with a school group when we visited. The bathroom was ancient.
Location: Visit the Orangutan and Sun bear facilities, which were both excellent. Trips further afield were also available.
The staff were friendly and efficient, and the room was clean. The food was alright but not a lot of choice. The bathroom was the worst I've ever seen. I suspect that even when the resort was built several decades ago the washbasin was second-hand!
