Watch the stars at night, draw in the studio, or browse art books—this house was made for exactly that. Inspired by nature, the garden invites you to linger, especially in spring and summer when flowers, herbs, and an apple tree bloom. A small terrace by the pond is the ideal spot to unwind.



The house features a small hallway leading into a spacious living and dining area. There’s a TV and a wardrobe for your clothes. From the sofa, you can enjoy a lovely view of the garden and terrace. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking and baking. The bathroom is generous, offering both a shower and a bathtub. Next to the bedroom, you’ll find a studio with art books and two wicker chairs for relaxed reading. A floor lamp creates a cozy evening atmosphere. The bedroom has two beds (1.40 m and 90 cm) and blackout curtains. All windows offer views of the green garden or the pond.



Köckern is a quiet village in Sandersdorf-Brehna. The house is right by a country lane leading to a small lake. Nearby, you’ll also find a playground and a volleyball court. Halle is 20 minutes away, Bitterfeld and the Goitzsche Lake District are 10 minutes away, and Leipzig is about half an hour’s drive.
