No food when it was posted as available. Shower inconsistent heat and hairdryer kept cutting out.
We had to walk up 4 flights of stairs to get to the room my husband has COPD so we couldnt go back out for food as he knew he couldnt manage those stairs again - we were offered a different room lower down the building if we wanted to pay the extra bedside lamp was falling off the wall it smelled really musty the bed linen was white so could see it was clean but overall I wish I had booked somewhere else - overall the building needs updating ripped carpets need replacing etc
the hotel was deserted, no staff, the bar was shut, no entertainment, no breakfast,no evening meal if I wanted to book one,so all in all new year ruined. the phoned me and said the wanted to check my bank details because they were giving me a small refund but then took the full amount and no refund. if this is how they run an hotel and treat there guests then beware and avoid
When I arrived at this hotel I thought I had picked a winner, but when I went inside it all changed, there was nobody on the desk. After wandering about for half an hour or so still unable to find anybody I found the phone number and gave it a call. The lady that answered seemed a bit put out that I rang her but finally agreed to come and book me in. After a wait of about twenty minutes, she arrived and then it really started to go downhill. First no breakfast "not enough people" must then no bar, "not enough people" Then no evening meals why you quest it " not enough people" When I found my room I was pleasantly surprised, it was clean and tidy nice, apart from the shower door naming off and the water at a very fast drizzle. All in all, not one of my better picks
For the price I paid for the night, I was not upset with the hotel. Yes, the decor could do with a little work, but my room was clean and the bed was comfortable enough.
Arrogant staff, not helpful, couldn't make any decision by himself, he was so stressed out, Staff has no idea about our pre-booked stay, they didn't have Double rooms and we been allowed to buy from expedia website, left us in the situation where i have to pay more then double price to stay in different hotel
Service was poor. Staff difficult to find and there was no record of my booking. I was asked to leave after 1st night with promise of an alternative room in manager's house without breakfast! This i of course declined. At breakfast thete was also no record of my booking and no soap or towel in bedroom. Very poor service. I recommend this hotel to nobody.

Dirty, Bad service, leaks, Bar-Rest closed
There are 2 hotels with exactly same name different owner. I booked based on the nice one pics and actually the Map app only showed me that one so went to the wrong place. And then find this 'hotel'.
I asked to change towels and left the dirty on the floor, the room wasn't made which I said is fine leave but please bring clean towels. Never got them and the next day had to re-use the dirty ones from the floor because there was nobody around to help.
Reception, Restaurant and Bar were almost always closed.
There were leaks dropping on the carpet...
Don't recommend this hotel, for that price can go to a much better place.
