- The property is not equipped with air conditioning
- 4-wheel drive, all-wheel drive, or front-wheel drive with chains is necessary in the winter months to access the property. The paved road to the property is maintained by the county but can get slippery when you are inclining up or down. The paved driveway is plowed every 6 inches or so, but is inclined
- Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is on the back of the house facing the property, camera 2 is on the basement door facing the basement entry, and camera 3 is on the front door facing the front entry. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion
