This is luxurious farm life. Escape to the idyllic countryside without leaving amenities behind at this newly renovated farmhouse situated on more than 70 acres on the gorgeous Pack River. The home features a high-end, fully stocked kitchen, the finest hotel white linens (1000 count sheets) and Egyptian cotton towels, and a deep tub in a bedroom alcove. Watch the sun rise over nearby mountains from most windows.

See deer, elk, moose, walk by. Wake up and play pickle ball at a fenced, regulation pickle ball court surrounded by trees just a few yards away. The property boasts a private beach front on the Pack River, volleyball, archery, a garden, hiking or biking trails, places to sit and enjoy the view and so much more. In the winter, find cross country skiing out your front door, or be at the village of epic alpine skiing trails on Schweitzer mountain in less than 30 minutes.

The Pack River is a beloved local fishery for fly fishing and floating, offering seasonal runs of Westslope Cutthroat and Rainbow Trout with easy wading access away from crowds. Perfect for casting a line in the early evening or launching a float for a peaceful day on the water.

Drive to nearby Sandpoint for skiing, beach life, boat tours, wonderful restaurants, coffee shops and small town shopping.

The house features 2 king beds and 3 queen beds with high end mattresses, pillows and linens, air conditioning and heating, and stylish blackout blinds in every bedroom, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep for all guests.
