This modern home is built with breathtaking architecture and paramount views. With a central location but private surroundings you have both the luxury of an oasis and convenience of the city. With the lake on one side and a pond on the other there is no shortage of unprecedented views, wildlife, and recreation. You can watch the sunset from the hot tub, be entertained by the eagles and otters, or curl up on the couch with the a/c and TV as you take in the ridgeline over the water.

High-speed internet, large screen TV, multiple fireplaces, kayaks, fire-pit, and a BBQ grill are just some of the amenities to make your stay unforgettable. The main dining table seats 8 and the lakeside nook seats another 4 people. The hot tub is a saltwater bath with jets just steps away from the dock. The lake is a blue/green that will be etched into your memory as it pairs with the golden sunsets. Lake Pend Orielle is very clean and usable May-September. Its warmest months are June, July, and August. You will catch otters, frogs, ducks, and eagles playing alongside the deer and occasional moose sighting. There is no short supply of trout and bass just off the dock, so come ready to catch some fish!

This home is 4 miles from the base of Schweitzer Mountain ski resort, 3 miles from downtown Sandpoint, and 45 minutes from Silverwood theme park. Within 5 miles there are countless trails and mountain bike adventures. Whatever your recreation pleasure, you can do it here!
