STAY and PLAY in downtown Sandpoint at Sandcreek Lofts 102.  Overlooking the Sandpoint Marina and Sandcreek, this modern one bedroom condo is in the heart of the charm, restaurants, shopping and activities of Sandpoint.  If you love to park the car (covered carport provided) and walk or bike — this location makes the perfect home base! This is NOT a pet friendly property.

A fully appointed kitchen with gas range, AC for summer’s hot days, a large patio for al fresco dining and relaxation — this condo has it all!  Private bedroom and bath, plus an additional sleeper sofa makes this an ideal condo for up to four people.

Summer is special on Lake Pend Oreille and staying here you’ll have easy access to boat, kayak and paddle board rentals (contact the property manager for best rates).  City Beach is just a few blocks away, as is the Pend Oreille Bay Trail or relax and rejuvenate at Wildflower Spa.  Enjoy eating out with a fabulous selection of restaurants all within a very short walk.  Schweitzer Mountain is 30 minutes away - so enjoy winter activities, yet come back to dinner out — and enjoy a town that wraps its trees with sparkling white lights all winter long.

*NOTE:  Sorry, no pets allowed at this property.

**NOTE:  Each year, on September 18th OR the 3rd Sunday in September (whichever is later), the Army Corps of Engineers begins dropping the water level of Lake Pend Oreille until ultimately reducing it by a total of 10-12 feet.  Around the 4th week in September ALL boat docks and boat lifts on the lake become inaccessible and unusable, as the water completely recedes back from the shoreline leaving just bare ground beneath the docks.  The agreement with the Army Corps of Engineers states the lake level must be restored to full pool level each year no later than July 4th, however, the last 10+ years the lake water has been at full pool level around the 2nd or 3rd week in June.
