Located right on Lake Pend Oreille, you have your own boat slip for easy access to fishing and water skiing. Ck in was great, location perfect! bathroom not clean, neighbor a little too close and nosey. Freezer broken but management had team out to repair. Repair people didn’t come out till 8-9:00 pm installing new fridge. Kitchen overall was great! communication with management was prompt.

This condo was great for what my family needed. Best part was it came with a boat slip making exploring Lake Pend Oreille super convenient. We ended up parking our boat trailer at a friend’s house tho. The location is excellent. Beds were comfortable. We spent most of our days & evening out on the lake so no AC wasn’t a big deal & it cools down nicely at night.

The building badly needs work on the exterior. The entry door lock system is awful -- it took several minutes every time we entered or exited to get the lock to work. The rugs are filthy. There is a broken handle so we couldn't open one of the windows. But the worst was finding unwashed dishes in the cupboards.

A week stay with the grandchildren.

The overall stay was nice, love the location, close to the town. Suggestions to have on hand would be tinfoil Ziploc‘s and maybe dish towels. The toilet paper holder kept falling out of the wall, and there was a lot of construction in a nearby unit. But it wasn’t too much of a problem we would come back.

Nice place, great location.

All was in order as described. I must say though, I feel the VRBO "fees" are exorbitant. I hope the home owner gets more than the "per night" advertised rate.

Very nice location but needs to be cleaned better. The complex boiler makes a lot of noise, the interior chairs are old, worn out and need replaced.

Location is killer!

This was my second trip to this waterfront home, and I already can't wait to go back! The location is 10/10, and you can't beat being able to park and tie up the boat on the docks right out in front. There is no AC in the home, as other reviewers have pointed out, but we have never had a problem with the house cooling off at night when the sun goes down.

It was nice overall, but there was absolutely no where in the description of the condo that conveniently left out the fact there is NO airconditioning. Thank goodness the weather cooled off while we were there. But it could have been brutal if the weather hadn’t of cooled. I would never have rented it knowing it had no air conditioning.

+ Location close to town and easy to find - would have been nice to have lockcode a liitle sooner then day of arrival. - the condo pictures somewhat misleading as the condo furniture has alot of wear and tear - under the beds were still dirty when arrived - condo sits across from noisy highway and railroad - ask about tv remote as there is only roku - front door kind of awkward to open and close. Sticks a bit then slams shut + has boat dock and view of water

Great Location!!

This condo is in a great location! It is on an inlet to the lake. The boat slip that was included in the rental was so convenient. We rented a boat for two days and kept it at the property. You are only a short walk away from the marina, grocery shopping, pharmacy, and great restaurants and bars that Sandpoint offers. The furniture in the condo is in desperate need of replacement, including the sofa, chairs, and beds. We visited on one of the hottest weeks of the summer, and there is no air conditioning at the condo. There were box fans and ceiling fans in each room but did not help much in cooling. It was 85 degrees inside, even at night. There are no blinds or curtains on the sliding glass door, which allows the sun directly in most of the day. Ultimately we enjoyed our stay and would love to return!

Excellent location!

This property was awesome. The location alone was the cat's meow. Boat slip out front and a 5-minute walk to main drag downtown area or city beach. No air conditioning was the only bummer here.

Great location for walking to downtown, really convenient. The furniture does need to be updated in the living room, needs some patio furniture and tricky with everyone who stays downstairs walks up and down the stairs and can see in the condo. The best feature is the easy access to downtown.

the unit was a great location! especially if you have a boat! you have a boat slip and waterfront. the unit needed to be cleaned better. floors and showers didn’t look cleaned. dishes weren’t very clean either.
