We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back the next time we are in the area. Hopefully the next time they have bigger beds. Me and my wife had to sleep on a twin size bed

I usually will give this hotel five stars but they were not being very nice to my daughter you know sorry I was running a few minutes late picking her up giving she is grown but she does have a disability and she literally left about $75 worth of food in that room and they would not let her get it out because it was past 11:00 and they just were just being rude to her and that's not acceptable in my books

Stayed here for two nights when visiting Cedar Point. It's only 5-7 minutes from the park. The double room was comfy with a large fridge/freezer, microwave, and TV. Despite what some of the other reviews say, we had hot water. The staff members were super friendly. We had a sensitive smoke alarm that would trigger when exposed to shower steam, but it could be deactivated by pressing a button. When the staff found out about this issue, they made note of it, demonstrating their responsiveness. My only complaint is the doorlock system. Even though it was an automatic lock, it was sometimes questionable whether it was actually locked (i.e., the door would move inward and was not sturdy). The only internal lock on the door was a swing latch. Overall, we had a good stay, and we'd stay here again when in town.

The owner informed us that they had just opened the week prior. Whatever issues we had they fixed and accommodated us without hassle. We will be going back and staying there as it is only a 5 min drive to our destination.

I believe it's under new ownership, amazing staff very friendly. They were filling fixing and filling the pool while we stayed so we didn't get to use it. We did encounter an issue with the microwave that was broken, I rang down to the office and the young gentleman working the counter actually came and brought me another microwave. I love its location how it's very close to cedar point and also very close to the main drag that has all of the restaurants. The water in the showers was nice and hot, the AC worked and we had fresh clean towels. I will definitely be returning to this location.

It's rough on the outside but nice on the inside. It did not smell good in there and the room was half-ass clean. There is no coffee pot in the room.

No hot water. No trash cans in hallway or parking lot. Toilet plumbing was bad. Paper thin walls. Under massive Reno’s. Cheap but wait until next year.

Note that they just re-opened 2 weeks ago and plan to renovate. However, the rooms are in bad condition, sticky carpet, room smelt mildew-y, and the dead bolt lock was broken. Also wifi was down.
