All customer service was excellent. Hotel could use upgrades. Toilet plugged and sink drain took awhile to go down. Carpet needs replaced. Bed was comfortable but bottom sheet kept coming off. Breakfast foods were good.

The hotel is rather small, but everything was just right. The clerks were extremely friendly and helpful, and the pool was wonderful! Breakfast was also very good. We would stay there again.

The pool and the hot tub were fantastic. Clean, comfortable, but not SO much chlorine that you can't breath. The hotel is aging so don't expect plush new amenities but the hotel is VERY well kept and taken care of.

Doesn't look like much from the outside but it was a very nice stay. No stale odors, smelled great, clean, pool was nice, breakfast was great, included eggs and sausage. The juice machine was not working when we were there so they ran out of orange juice but at least they substituted it from the bottle. 25 minutes from Cedar Point which is why we went but it was a really nice place and saved some money from being closer so that made up for it.

Avoid, the stay here will come to haunt you

The hotel allowed us early check in. But lest we knew everything after this will be a disaster! We were promised a daily housekeeping as a prerequiste to me booking the stay. After promising, the house keeping was not done daily citing shortage of staff. We were handed over sheets and towels in exchange of daily housekeeping. The manager staff was extremly rude and told us off from having included daily breakfast when we reached to have breakfast at 6:20 am instead of 6:30 am as I had to leave early for reporting to hospital work at 6:30 am. Even when we said OK to not having breakfast before 6:30 am, the staff kept ranting off for coming early. The housekeeping staff was rude multiple times and gestured us badly for requesting daily housekeeping. The housekeeping staff even asked for my wife to stay outside the room when they used to do any housekeeping. Nothing was working in the room with toilet flush completely dysfunctional, patchy internet, smelly bedsheets, unclean and stained carpets, unclean towels and key cards failing multiple times. When our food delivery came on one day, the delivery guy was told that we don't stay here and we nearly lost our food on one day! We believe it was a sort of punishing us for the early breakfast. We will never be staying here in future and will look for better hotels nearby!
