Great stay

Staff was fantastic. Very polite and helpful! The TV in our room was broken and wouldn’t turn on. The fridge didn’t get very cold either. The pool and hot tub were great! Not very many options for breakfast. Overall, worth the price!

Caring place with a few hiccups

We actually extended our stay. We were here for a family emergency. The staff was very caring but there was no cleaning of our room for the first 3 days. Juice machine and waffle maker both on the blitz on the first day. But for the price and the nice pool/hot tub and caring staff it is worth staying here.

Hotel dated for price point

Bathroom was very small. I was in room 203 next to the staircase. Every time someone opens the door, you can hear it in the room. The door handle in the room is broken and has a sharp edge.

It would have been a great room, but there was no soap, conditioner, shampoo, or coffee packs. I had to get them from the front desk. I put my sign out to have my room cleaned, and it wasn't done. Ran out of tissues and had to go back to the front desk. It would have been a good room otherwise.
