The elevator was not working the first day of our visit and we were on the third floor. The room was clean but there were only two rolls of toilet paper when we arrived. This was enough for us but if there were more people in our party we would have had to ask for more. There was also no conditioner in our shower.

Average stay… we were there 6 nights. Breakfast room was nice. View was awesome… location great.. But being there 6 nights and absolutely no housekeeping… on day 5 I asked for trash to be changed with a door hanger request…. Not up to par in that regard…

Beds were comfy but we were on the 2nd floor by the stairs. Lots of noise in & out the door to stairs that slammed shut every time. You could hear the people upstairs walking around & showering. The staff were extremely helpful, never rude, & kept a smile on their face.

We specifically picked this hotel for the indoor pool which btw was not heated and freezing cold. Rooms were clean, there was some unruly guests with their kids running around without there parents.
