It is situated right in the heart of Downtown Sandusky, right next door to the Jet Express Ferry. There is also a restaurant on site and walking distance to many local restaurants, bars and shops.
This apartment has a large living room with small outdoor balcony. The kitchen has a stove, microwave and dishwasher. There is also an island for extra seating.
There is a pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room.
The bedroom features a large king bed with dresser, closet and TV.
Pool and Hot Tub open Memorial Day - Labor Day
Guests have full access to the large pool and hot tub on site. There is also a fitness room for exercising and multiple laundry rooms throughout the building. The building is secure and locked and parking lot is gated. Communal Picnic tables and gas grills are on site by the pool.
