We arrived 30 minutes before Check-in and we're told it would be a $35 fee if we wanted to Check-in now on a Thursday afternoon with 0 cars in the parking lot, while in the same breath telling us our room was ready but it's not time yet. There was pizza on the bed skirt.And when moving around furniture to make it more comfortable.It was very clear that it had not been vacuum.We always bring our own cleaning supplies to a hotel room.But this required way more effort than it should have to get it clean enough to be comfortable. No elevator to the second floor only one luggage card which was never available and breakfast was minimal. Plenty of other hotels in the area that probably have better accommodations.

upside the bed was comfortable and soft bathroom extremely small and no water pressure in a shower entry light didnt want to come back on after shut off and was dirty. For the price of a room breakfast was pitiful bagel toast muffing cereal in really not a selection to say the least not impressed at all second time i gave days inn a try will not do it again

The place is next door to a seed plant and when the wind is coming your way, it will create serious health risks. The people working there did not seem to care when I told them that I woke up coughing and then again sweating due to the window being left opened (not by us) and the terrible fumes from asphalt from a nearby quarry was coming in the window. They're always in the back doing something and they come out five minutes later when you ring the buzzer. One lady said she would reimburse me for one night but nothing ever came of it.

There was no one sitting at the front desk at either point during check in and check out so i had to ring the buzzer a couple times each time and wait for someone to come out. Our room was 140 and they light next to bed wasnt working and numerous other outlets wasnt working either. Only 1 place to charge phones. There was a loud buzzer alarm that went off twice after 10 pm that woke my daughter up. People in the halls talking and kids crying. No fan in the bathroom. The indoor pool was ice cold and the hot tub was small and the handles to get in are extremely loose. That is a lawsuit waiting to happen !

Poop on toilet seat and side. Switched rooms and it had ants crawling on the A/C. Waiting to get credit, didn’t stay at hotel (no more rooms). Manager was very friendly and stated he would approve refund if hotel.com would contact them.

My room was nasty… had a roach in the light fixture above the bed. They didn’t bother cleaning out the fridge from the last guest stay… the lamp had old stains on it and so did the walls. The tv didn’t work either couldn’t put on nick or Disney Channel because it wasn’t offered just basic tv channels wouldn’t recommend this place at all!

Not what it seems online at all.

I used the pre check in feature the day before arrival, to "save time at the desk", as quoted in the email. This was not the case, we arrived after a long day at Cedar Point, to find two people scrabbling behind the counter to help a couple of people in line ahead of us. When it was my turn to get my key, the clerk appeared to be unable to locate me im the system initially, but eventually did and located a key on the desk from the property manager for me. When I opened the door to enter the room, I immediately noticed the room was already occupied, with clothing and towels strown about, the beds unmade, and the state of the room itself was horrible, nothing like whats pictured online. I told my party to wait there while I resolved the issue with the front desk. About 15 minutes pass and I was able to obtain another room, with one king bed and a pull out couch. There were cumbs and food items on the floor, the pull out couch was uncomfortable with a well worn in 3 inch mattress and there were no extra linens for it. There was also an open soap bar on the bathroom sink and used woman's feminine item in the trashcan. Needless to say, things aremt always what they appear on the internet.
