First we arrived late because celebrating daughter’s birthday and we just fell asleep and when I woke up there was blood on the sheets,I’m a cancer survivor and no longer have the monthly so with that being said I woke up and was blown away by what I slept by.. then when we told the night lady changed our room..And we talk to the manager in the morning and she reassured me that she watched the housekeepers change the linen and I told her she is a lie because that is not a stain it’s from not being changed well long and behold they said that their hands are tied because I went through third party.So I called third party and of course they didn’t answer for the third party so third party refunded us a 100$ but still haven’t seen it and that was last week so please be aware of where you lay your head..oh and just so you understand been going there for 20 years

5/5 stars on everything besides area surrounding hotel only because there is an abandoned resort next to it. Other than that, it was clean, nice air conditioned rooms, pool area had no negative remarks, and good selection of breakfast

The pictures make it look great, the experience was nothing close. The hotel smelled, nothing worked, the walls are super thin, and just made me feel cheap and gross stating there.

The first room that was assigned smelled like smoke. I immediately told the front desk receptionist and she assigned me to another room. The room was clean did not have an odor. The AC worked wonderfully. Would stay again.

The hotel was great for the price. The first night we stayed, there was a rowdy group knocking on doors and running. I’m pretty sure they were removed from the property. I don’t blame the hotel for it. There’s no way to know guests are going to be immature and inconsiderate. Would stay here again.
