Clean, new, great communication. Noisy area

This is a brand new one bedroom home remodel - attention has been put into all of the details, and everything is... new! Owner is fantastic at communicating, works to handle special requests right away, and very generously provided a starter set of welcome provisions, thank you! The property manager was very accessible, helpful, and responsive. Sandy Ground is a mostly-sleepy beach on the north side of Anguilla, centrally located to everything. The porch outside is great for relaxing near to the beach, and the provided beach chair and towels are so convenient! Criss Conch Shack next door is a don't miss place for cracked conch. Many other entertainment areas exist on this same beach, including Elvis' Lit Lounge, Dolce Vita, Barrel Stay, Roys, etc. Please note that this property is adjacent to two unfortunate noise detriments: 1) Lit Lounge is the "after dinner" place for the locals to go and hang out to fun music. There is deep thomping bass music playing 100 yards away nearly every night from 8:30pm to 12:30am (and sometimes later), along with the accompanying crowds of locals. If you're wanting to be near that scene, this place is perfect for you. If you're wanting to go to bed at 10pm, bring earpugs; 2) Beachside private property in Anguilla can have small lots in the popular areas. The neighbor to this property is a lobster pot repairman, and he keeps an outdoor dog to protect his home/work. That dog lives about 30 feet away from the bedroom window. Unfortunately, as part of protecting the property, said dog may be barking anytime from 6am til midnight. When I stayed there in December 2021, the dog never went inside the house - it remained by the bedroom at all times. I was staying by myself, so just convinced myself that the dog was another rooster lending a Caribbean local vibe to the place. The noises didn't bother me too much, but they were definitely there, and I wish I would have known about them in advance. Unit has 10Mbps WiFi and was great for digital nomading.
