Guests will have full and private access to the entire home and its five acres of property. The only exception is a locked owner's closet, which is off-limits.
Check-in is easy and seamless with a smart lock. You will receive your unique access code prior to arrival.
Parking is plentiful with a secure three-car garage and a large driveway, which includes ample space for an RV or trailer.
The Neighborhood:
The Hoodview House is located on a private road with a front security gate. The road is shared with a one other home/property owner. The surrounding area is very peaceful and remote, yet the main highway is a quick five minute drive.

• For your security, exterior security cameras are located on the property, monitoring the driveway and entry points. There are no cameras inside the home.
• The home is equipped with a backup generator. Please note that during a power outage, the generator will automatically provide electricity to the house. However, the well pump requires grid power, so there will be no running water until the main power is restored.
• The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized before every stay to ensure pristine conditions for your arrival.
• A pack n' play is available for those traveling with little ones.
• Home is not pet friendly. Unauthorized pet will results in a $500 fine.
