Convenient to get to Sanford Airport right off the freeway. But noisy from freeway car noise. Texas Roadhouse is right around the corner, had a great supper there. Robert at the front desk was nice !

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was presentable, but had some cleaning issues. Lamps, headboards and other fixtures were dusty. The bathroom had black mold around the faucets in the bathtub that was removable with a fingernail. The breakfast was great with many selections. The staff member who was overseeing the breakfast, was wonderful. She had a smile and good miring for everyone!

Service Great, Place needs Renovations

All the front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They even allowed us to keep our bags in their office while we waited for our room to be ready. However the property itself needs a major upgrade. The bathtub was dirty, the paint is chipping everywhere, the handle on the toilet was loose and made a terrible sound every time you flushed, air conditioner was extremely loud everytime it kicked on. These things are all minor, just know you’re not staying at a 5 star place. The friendliness and service from the front staff was the best thing about the place.

They have remodeled and the smell of epoxy or paint is overwhelming. It will most likely be fine when it wears off, but it was difficult to sleep because I had a horrible headache. I asked to moved to another floor, but they advised that all floors have had remodel.

Roaches

We checked in during the middle of the night because of our flight. Staff was friendly and room appeared clean. Beds were comfortable. HOWEVER, a few hours later, during a bathroom trip, we saw a roach. We saw 2 more cockroaches before we could get checked out. We were only there a few hours.
