The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
1. Please empty the refrigerator and freezer. 2. Leave trash bags in the bin located in the back alley. 3. Place paper, glass, and cans in the blue recycling bin at the front of the house.
1. Turn off all lights, fans, TVs, candle warmers, and please double-check that the oven and stove are off.
3. If you have pets, please clean after them. Front and back yard!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

No smoking or vaping inside the house. A $500 fine will apply if there is evidence of smoking indoors. No parties or events. Quiet hours after 10 PM.
Registered guests only. Clean up after pets, keep gates closed, and no pets on beds or furniture.
Lock doors when leaving. Do not enter locked areas. Exterior cameras monitor front entry and parking.
