This First floor elevated, two-bedroom/two bath condo is a direct gulf front with great breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and Fort Myers Beach. You can comfortably sleep six people. The master bedroom suite has a whirlpool bathtub with luxury towels and separate shower; both bedrooms and the living room have Flat Screen LCD TVs with DVD players. . Condo comes with A Wii game console with family friendly games provided in unit for some fun family downtime. The screened-in porch is a delightful place for breakfast or evening drinks while overlooking the water. A fully-equipped kitchen and dining room allow guests to dine in the condo with comfort and elegance. WI-FI is available at no charge.

You are only steps to the sugar-sand beach. We are located on the historic East End near the lighthouse, restaurants and shopping. Tennis courtsA beautiful pool and hot tub are literally steps from the condo. Restaurant, grocery store and ice cream shop located within a close walking distance.

We had a great time and would definitely stay here again. The kitchen was well equipped, the unit was comfortable and extremely clean (and I am very picky about cleanliness). The beach access was incredibly close with a great shell washing and sand rinsing station on the very short walk up from the beach. If you’re looking for a 2 bed unit with a beautiful view that has everything you might want for the beach already in the unit, this is the place to book!

This was a great stay. Condo is beautiful, has wonderful views, and has all you need for a great stay (beach stuff, cooking utensils, etc). Our only critique is that the beds in the secondary room were not particularly comfortable. But we will happily stay here again.

The condo was great and it was clean, it was well stocked with kitchen and beach accessories. The only issues we had was that Apple Maps took us to the wrong #6 building which isn’t the hosts fault. I would however, recommend sending detailed instructions once guests get to the stop sign. My GPS took me left, but I should have gone straight. Also, the pool was under construction.

My sons live in New England. I wanted them to see a beach with white sand and blue water. Our rental was a 2 minute walk to the water. The living space had a well appointment kitchen. The washer and dryer were newer and in good condition. The beds were comfy. We didn't really use the internet, but they have a couple nice monitors and a WI thingy. Good value!

This is one of the best beach condos we've ever stayed in (and there have been MANY). It was even better than expected! The complex is just perfect- great views of the ocean, breezes due to the elevation, quiet, yet close to the main hubs of the island, etc. The condo was extremely clean and updated with super comfy bed and linens. She is so thoughtful to include beach chairs (which we used daily!), coolers, beach towels, a well appointed kitchen, and tons of other amenities. We absolutely loved working with Amy and couldn't have asked for a better host/owner/condo. This is a true gem of a home in Sanibel!

Description was on point. Beautiful view of the ocean, very short walk to access. Had a very nice mix of kitchen accessories. Rooms were extremely clean and was waiting for us with a few lights on and calming music playing! Was a great get-away for us!

Very clean and cute vrbo. AMAZING view from balcany!!! Very cozy. The owner was beyond kind as to make things right when we notified asking how we missed the pool was closed and under construction. That was a huge bummer, looks like it will be a beautiful area but very far from completion. A few notes to future travelers that are to no fault of the owner of this vrbo but are worth noting, i would highly recommended this condo and the location was great!However, the next norning after arriving we went to the main office of the complex. The gal at desk was very welcoming until we told her what unit we were in then she wanted nothing to do with us as she said that unit was privetly owned and they didnt manage it. Her tone changed and made us feel extremly stuipd for not knowing that. No problem, i get it. So I asked about bike rentals and she handed me a brochure and told me to call them. Much research said bikes were the best way to get around the island. Yes riding bikes was a blast, but not long term, shopping/food is very spaced out, you def. Want a rental car to see more and go as far as Captiva. We went during the December and it gets dark very early, so again biking to dinner was not possible leaving you really only 1 close restraunt. Which was fantastic tho! Also the bagel shop near this vrbo was a 10 out of 10 for a quick bite before riding bikes for the day . If your a coffee drinker make sure to bring coffe pods or grab some in ft . Meyers. Before hand.

We arrived after dark and locating the unit in the dark was a challenge. After locating it successfully we had an issue getting in the condo. More detailed instructions would have been helpful. However, kudos to after hours staff who responded quickly to a call. The unit was perfect. Nicely furnished and very clean. The view was outstanding. The only thing negative was the Keurig needed descaling. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Unfortunately we found dirty towels in main bedroom. There were a bunch of ants on balcony however someone did come back and spray for us. We had difficulty with the lock and had to try several codes before someone came to let us in.Amy was very helpful, I believe she’s the owner.Communication between myself and management company could have been better. We enjoyed the condo in spite of rough start to are vacation.
