This second-floor unit has a light and airy feeling due to its open layout. Enjoy a long view of the pool from your screened-in lanai with a sense of privacy. The unit sleeps six comfortably with carpeting and tile throughout. Enjoy the large, heated free-form pool, two tennis courts, and gas grills. Kayaks are for your use at no charge…for paddling in the bayou and sighting beautiful birds and manatees. Bowman's private beach is just a short walk, through the beautifully landscaped property (no roads to cross) over the footbridge onto the beautiful site at the Gulf, a sandy beach with millions of beautiful, unique shells. Here you can relax and shell to your heart's content. Enjoy swimming and fishing in the Gulf and do not miss the majestic sunsets on the beach. Close by you will discover the many lovely and interesting restaurants and shops. Enjoy your stay on beautiful Sanibel Island.

Beach time

The property was adequate, needs a lot of updating. The drawers in the kitchen, in the bedroom and bathroom were falling apart. The washing machine ruined one of my shirts. The place was clean but some of the dishes were put away dirty. There was several beaches within close proximity to condo so that was nice.

Needs some TLC

The condo was nice but is very old. It definitely needs some TLC broken, broken couch arm and beach chairs, which were replaced while we were there by office which was great but no til end of week and only when I asked.. Definitely needs a new beach cart and umbrella along with a few more beach chairs. Location was good close to beach and pool.
