Amenities include king and queen beds and a queen sleeper sofa, wall-to-wall carpeting, ceiling fans and updated window treatments throughout the unit. Our master suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate sink and cabinet area, a remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances, powder room, and standard size washer and dryer are all conveniently located. Two screened lanais with padded furniture and tables are located off of the dining area and master bedroom. Each receives the morning sun and afternoon shade that adds to a relaxing vacation. Three flat-screened TVs, high-speed internet access, stereo with CD player, and a beach closet with pool toys and beach supplies all add to your island comfort. We are minutes away from a nature preserve, biking trails, restaurants, churches and island shops.

Kitchen: The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is open to the large dining/living area and offers plenty of cupboard and counter space for your cooking needs.

Dining and Living Room: The dining table seats 6 comfortably. The living room has two sofas, including a queen sleeper sofa.

This condo offers its guests barbecue grills. The front desk is open around the clock.
