C109 is an Enhanced Unit: It has undergone major renovations and is equipped with all appliances within hospitality industry standards for life expectancy. It has up-to-date furnishings, including mattresses, throughout and is well appointed.

Blind Pass Condos at Bowman's Beach C109 has a beautiful tropical decor with plantation shutters, ceramic tile plank floors, ceiling fans, high-end furniture and mattresses, and unique artwork and photographs taken on Sanibel. The entrance to the lanai is close to parking, so that unloading is very convenient. C109 is private, yet just a few steps from the huge, luxurious pool.

Primary bedroom: has an en suite bath with a king-size bed, a 43 inch TV, a recliner with a reading light, a full length mirror, and a walk-in closet filled with everything you might need for the beach or pool. The bathroom has a tub and shower with grab bars and raised toilets.

Guest bedroom: has two queen size beds, a 43 inch TV, a comfortable chair with a reading light, and a walk-in closet. The hall bathroom has a walk-in shower with a seat and grab bars. The extended counter has two mirrors with plenty of storage space, and the toilet is raised.

Kitchen: has quartz counter tops, an 8 x 3 feet island with seating for 4, a large capacity LG refrigerator with two ice makers, an LG stove with a ceramic stovetop with an air fryer in the oven, an LG dishwasher with 3 racks, Keurig combo carafe and pod coffee maker, and an abundantly stocked kitchen with built-in trash containers. The large capacity LG washer and dryer are in the hall closet.

Living Area: has a 65 inch TV, two recliners, a sectional with a queen size sofa bed, and a shell cabinet filled with shells found on Sanibel.

Dining Area: has a large table with seating for six plus four bar stools at the adjacent counter. An additional dining table with seating for four is on the connecting lanai.

*Guests will need to purchase any further supplies needed at a local grocery.

This condo offers its guests barbecue grills. The front desk is open around the clock.
