Excellent location near Bowman's Beach. Short walk to beach. Unit was very nice. Had trouble with air conditioning but management was very responsive even on Fourth of July. Got in touch with answering service, got a quick call back from staff and had maintenance man out and unit fixed within 2 hours. unit had nice ammenities and lots of things that are very nice to have at the beach. Would definitely rent this unit again and would have confidence if we had a larger group that needed to rent a bigger unit.

Blind Pass G203 - Enjoyed our stay!

This was a very nice condo away from the crazy traffic at the other end of the island. Beds were very comfortable. Everything was in working order. The living room furniture was not all that comfortable and we struggled a bit with the cable TV. The cable went out the day before we were leaving and we never got it working again. Overall, we enjoyed the property and amenities very much and would recommend it to others.

Blind Pass G203

Overall, this was a great place to stay! Minutes from the beach; close to places in Sanibel and Captiva; nice amenities. Unfortunately, the unit we had did not have a balcony. Also, there was a lack of communication through the HomeAway website with the owners/property manager due to a software change/computer issue, which made the weeks leading up to my stay a little anxiety-ridden because no one was responding to my questions.
