And the owners provide an in-unit booklet to guide you to all the “local secrets,” so you don’t miss a thing!

Flamingo Paradise boasts an in-unit laundry center, as well as 3 HUGE TVs so you’ll never miss the games! There's even a Coffee Bar to get your mornings off on the right foot! If you’ve got to cram in a little work while visiting, there’s even a small desk with a monitor and a docking station to make it more comfortable to work in paradise! And you won’t find a better-equipped “Beach Stuff” closet! Ample beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, and a handy cart to get it all to the sand are right in the unit. There are even shelling bags, beach games, and pool toys for your enjoyment! This is a turn-key property with literally everything you could possibly need! Please note that Seashells of Sanibel does not have elevators. All units are accessible only by stairs, so we kindly ask that you plan accordingly for luggage and mobility needs. This is a no-smoking property.
