Loved the location and amenities, like the 2 pools, beach accessories, sitting on the canal dock and friendly, helpful staff. The unit itself needs updating -- the carpet is old, stained and has an odor. Kitchen is very dated and furniture seems cheap in the master bedroom.

Location of condo on property

We were across the road from the beach. I was bummed at first thinking we would be too far away from the water. I loved it actually. It was definitely more private then the other condos. We walked by everyone’s patio and nobody walked by ours. There was a canal behind us and the ocean was maybe a 3 min walk. I loved the location.
