Our family’s home away from home since 1972 has been thoughtfully rebuilt after Hurricane Ian and redesigned with effortless relaxation in mind. Our condo blends the timeless charm of a classic Sanibel escape with the comfort and convenience of a beautifully redesigned, modern vacation home.

This spacious, ground-floor condo offers easy access (with just a few steps to entry) and private lanais — the perfect location for morning coffee or unwinding after a sunset beach stroll. Plus, you’re just steps from the beach, pool, and resort-style amenities — yet tucked away for peaceful, quiet evenings.
