Kings Crown Update: The community pool is now open! Pickleball courts are expected to be completed by September 2026 but the timeline cannot be guaranteed. Some elevator repairs are currently ongoing from May - August 2026 to replace door frames and will involve some possible noise disruptions. Updates will be provided when available.

This spectacular 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom Gulf-side vacation rental condo on Sanibel Island offers the perfect getaway, located just off the highly sought-after West Gulf Drive. With its charming coastal decor and thoughtful furnishings, this condo is designed for comfort and relaxation. Condo amenities include: 2 bedrooms -- 1 King bed, 1 Queen & 1 Twin bed (sleeps 5) & 2 bathrooms, 3 flat screen Smart TVs (streaming only), free WIFI, shared heated pool, in suite washer & dryer, screen enclosed lanai, elevators, covered parking, pickleball courts. No Pets allowed. Bed linens and Bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.

Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is beautiful, immaculate, well appointed, with excellent taste in decor. Everything I needed was there. Had a wonderful time. Would recommend it. The only problem was with TV reception. It's Direct TV and I am not used to it and did not know how to use it. So, I opted out trying in lieu of long beach walks, naps, some shopping and the peace of silence. It was a great vacation. Thank you.
