Indulge in the allure of this remarkable residence, where a luminous and light filled living room awaits with a sizable flat-screen TV, plush sleeper sofa, and loveseat, all bathed in the warmth of natural sunlight. The modern kitchen boasts top-notch appliances, a peninsula adorned with corian solid surface countertops, and is fully equipped for your gourmet cooking adventures within the confines of your cozy haven.

The fully appointed galley kitchen is large, bright and open. It is adjacent to the dining area and living room, which allows you to create your meals while enjoying the company of friends and family. The dining table seats 4 people, or you can relax at the kitchen bar, which seats 3 more. The living room offers a large flat screen TV.

The living room flows out onto the lanai, where guests can relax and enjoy the sitting area, partial gulf view and gulf breezes.

The primary bedroom has a queen-sized bed, TV en suite, with sliding doors that also open out onto the lanai. The guest bedroom includes two double beds which also has a TV for guests to enjoy. The updated bathrooms feature newly tiled showers with sleek glass doors and a stylish solid surface vanity.

In-unit laundry facilities, including a washer and dryer, add practicality to your stay.

The roomy and immaculate condo had anything you could possibly need during your stay! A minute walk to the beach with your choice of chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. The pool was great. Fully equipped kitchen to prepare your meals, along with a washer and dryer in the unit. Perfect location on the beach for those Sanibel shells! Greatly enjoyed our visit!

We couldn't have been happier with this condo at Compass Point. It looks even better in person. Such attention to detail including the pretty way the towels in the bathroom were presented to the way the kleenex in tissue boxes were folded. The kitchen had everything we needed which was great because we prepared most of our meals at the condo. The bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner, hair dryers and curling irons. All the essentials. The beds were comfortable. You could see the beach from the living room. I appreciated having the elevator making bringing the luggage up easy. There were games and books avaliable to us. Plenty of beach towels and tote bags for going to the beach. We found so many beautiful shells. We would love to come back here next year.

Pleasant Traditional Stay

Had a great time with the family. Quick beach access. Close to the causeway and Periwinkle. Sad to see the complex lack of vegetation but the condo was well renovated . Would stay again.
