Private screened and covered patio with view of tropical garden. Just steps to the pool or to the world famous Sanibel beach on the Gulf of Mexico.

World-class shelling in Sanibel beach, amazing sunsets; drive, bike or walk only 2 miles to Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge; golf, tennis, fishing, kayaking and shopping nearby. Paved paths encircle the island for biking, running, walking. Low-key, relaxed island atmosphere.

The condo is located on the second floor, and the outdoor hallway leading to it is covered.

Condo has view of tropical garden and pool from its private screened patio. Relax in privacy on your patio and then stroll to the beach or pool. The Gulf beach is only 150 yards away, the pool is in the garden area immediately adjacent to the building.

Watch spectacular sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. The condo's West Gulf Drive location allows year-round sunset views that are not available at some east-end locations on Sanibel due to the shape of the island.

Full size, fully equipped kitchen, with full size refrigerator, range/oven, microwave, dishwasher and kitchenware.

Master bedroom has a king size bed, 2nd bedroom has two single beds, and the living room has a queen size, fold-out sofa.
