The condo is located on the second floor, and the outdoor hallway leading to it is covered.
Condo has view of tropical garden and pool from its private screened patio. Relax in privacy on your patio and then stroll to the beach or pool. The Gulf beach is only 150 yards away, the pool is in the garden area immediately adjacent to the building.
Watch spectacular sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. The condo's West Gulf Drive location allows year-round sunset views that are not available at some east-end locations on Sanibel due to the shape of the island.
Full size, fully equipped kitchen, with full size refrigerator, range/oven, microwave, dishwasher and kitchenware.
Master bedroom has a king size bed, 2nd bedroom has two single beds, and the living room has a queen size, fold-out sofa.
Private screened-in, covered patio includes table and chairs to allow you to relax and enjoy the tropical garden view.
Laundry room with clothes washer and dryer within unit.
Starter amounts of bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, laundry soap, dish detergent, coffee, coffee filters, sugar, salt and pepper are provided - longer stays might necessitate guests to purchase additional quantity (multiple stores are nearby). Our coffee maker is a drip type, Mr. Coffee style.
Guests have access to the Gulf of Mexico beach, and we provide two back-pack style beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels. Guests also have access to the condo Association’s heated and cooled pool, pool chairs, barbecue grills, and rooftop deck. Within our condo unit we also provide wi-fi and television service, clothes washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen.
There is one passenger vehicle parking space on site that is designated for your use, at no extra charge. No trailer, RV, or second vehicle parking space is available.
On-island management available during business hours, and 24/7 by phone, to assist with your check-in, check-out and questions or concerns during your stay. Host is also available by phone, text, or email and is very responsive to any questions you may have about things to do, places to eat, or any other concerns.
Sanibel Island features tightly controlled, low-key development with multiple nature preserves, no high rises, dark at night.
No smoking allowed indoors, on our patio, or anywhere except in the property's designated smoking area. We cannot accommodate pets per the rules of our condo Association.
