Another wonderful vacation at Pointe Santo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved staying in Pointe Santo B2! The ground floor was amazing for access to the pool and beach. The furnishings are stylish and new, and we mostly had everything we needed. I might suggest updating the rental profile with the items that are onsite (both items in the kitchen, but also stuff like boogie boards and pickle ball set). We brought a lot of that stuff with us in our car which would have been nice to leave at home! The automated blinds were a nice touch. We also really appreciated the small extra room which was perfect for our 10 year old to have his own space. The kitchen had a lot of unexpected and good items (bag clips! wine corks! ice cream scoop! even a few plastic storage containers!), but a few items I'd recommend adding area few serving bowls and serving utensils for meals and a couple more baking sheets/racks, though I am probably in the minority in cooking in and using the oven on vacation. We appreciated the option of having a housekeeping visit during our 3-week stay - who wants to clean bathrooms etc on vacation? It might be good to offer that add-on option up front in the rental agreement so it's included in the payment. The only other thing which was a small bother was that the smoke alarms went off EVERY TIME we used the oven, even when nothing was even close to burning. It was just regular use of the oven. There are two types of fire alarms with different sensitivities and maybe selecting the other one would be better so that this problem doesn't persist. It's nice to be able to roast some veggies or bake brownies without fire alarms going off. But overall we LOVED it and will return.
