Quiet & convenient to restaurants/activities. Beach steps away; rinsing station really nice. Unit very clean; generous space/seating for everyone & for toddler to play. Loved decor! Lanais w/view of the ocean were enjoyed by all. A/C, ceiling fans, window blinds worked well. Storage abundant in kitchen, closets, area outside door for beach toys. Kitchen well stocked with/ appliances & tools. Showers were very nice! Some things that need attention: few pots & pans had warped bottoms & should be discarded; the cutlery (in the words of our family cook) “was exceptional in its dullness and nearly useless”; 3rd floor range one element malfunctioning; a few closet shelves & drawers in disrepair -plenty useable ones; no hand soap provided; could have used one more towel per bathroom; no BBQ grill on site. FYI no access to garage; plenty of spaces to park 2 cars. No comment on 1st floor kitchen; did not use it. A few suggestions for owners: provide 1 baby gate for top of spiral staircase; clock in 3rd floor family space; provide salt/pepper; BBQ grill on site. All in all this condo was perfect for our family of 3 very different couples, a single adult, and small child. The layout allowed for both privacy & togetherness in such a wonderful way! Our family cooks had darn near everything they needed to make delicious meals. The elevator & entrances to all three levels is really convenient! There are really so many good things to say - We really just enjoyed the place & our time there!
