Summary:

Welcome to 918 Limpet Drive "Seas the Day"- A stunning waterfront villa on one of Sanibel's most desirable and exclusive residential streets. Featuring sleeping capacity for up to 18 guests with multiple living areas, a gorgeous pool and grill house with TV, a boat dock and lift, and a renovation circa 2025 this home is sure to please even the most discerning of guests.



The Space:

The villa itself is divided across four bedrooms with a bonus den bedroom, three and a half bathrooms, and multiple living rooms. There is also a garage, elevator, boat dock and lift that guests will enjoy access to. The sleeping areas are configured as follows-



Primary Bedroom: Located upstairs (can be accessed using stairs or elevator) featuring a king bed and single sofa sleeper. Access to en-suite bathroom and patio.

Bedroom 1: Located downstairs and features a king bed with access to an en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 2: Located downstairs and features a king bed with access to a hallway bathroom.

Bedroom 3: Located downstairs and features two bunk beds, one queen/single and one single/single. Total sleeping capacity of 5 in this room.

Den Bedroom: Located upstairs and features a high end double sleeper sofa and en-suite patio access.

Family Room: Located downstairs and features two sleeper sofas.



This villa is located just a 2-3 minute bike ride from the iconic Sanibel Lighthouse, many beaches, and easy on/off access to the Sanibel causeway if desired. The canal that the villa is located on is a direct access canal with approximately a 3 minute idle to reach San Carlos Bay/Gulf of Mexico.



***Please note that reservations for season (Jan 1st-April 30th) must be placed on a 1st-1st basis. If you would like to book on a different check in and check out schedule during season please message us for approval prior to booking***



Guest Access:

Guests will enjoy access to the whole villa, boat dock and lift, garage, pool, and elevator.

This home is located at 918 Limpet Drive, one of the premier locations on Sanibel Island.

Guests can use rental bikes, a golf cart, or rental car

Guests must complete a rental agreement. There is a non refundable $300 fee that applies to any cancellation.
