With amenities like tennis, pickleball, and a swimming pool, there’s plenty to enjoy right on the property. Plus, private beach access located across the street lets you enjoy the beautiful Gulf waters at your convenience.

This bright and cheerful second-floor condo features coastal chic décor, all-new furnishings, and laminate floors throughout. The master suite offers a king bed and a stunning tiled walk-in shower, while the guest suite includes two twin beds and a remodeled bath with a shower/tub combo. There is also a sleeper sofa for extra guests, as well as a washer and dryer in the unit.

Please note that SeaShells of Sanibel does not have elevators; all units are accessible only by stairs, so plan accordingly for luggage and mobility needs.
