Completely remodeled from top to bottom, the condo features beautiful coastal-inspired furnishings and finishes that create a calm, inviting atmosphere throughout. The open-concept layout includes a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private screened lanai that lets you enjoy the sound of the waves and the beauty of the Gulf breeze from the comfort of your own space. With two generously sized bedrooms and additional sleeping accommodations, the condo comfortably sleeps up to eight guests, making it ideal for families, couples, or small groups. Both bathrooms are fully updated with clean, modern design and quality touches to enhance your stay. This unit offers all the comforts of home, along with the unbeatable charm of Sanibel’s natural beauty—right outside your door. Condo/Resort amenities include: 2 bedroom/2 bathroom -- 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, 1 pull out Queen sleeper sofa (in living room), 1 pull out Twin sleeper sofa (in guest room) & 1 Twin rollaway bed available (sleeps 8 max), 2 Smart TV's (streaming only), WIFI available, multiple heated pools, in suite washer & dryer, public BBQ grills, elevators, multiple on-site restaurants venues, and Bailey's Marketplace (for light grocery needs). No Pets allowed. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 8 people. This unit comes stocked with beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella.

Smoking is PROHIBITED (including e-cigs/vaping) inside the condo as well as on the outdoor lanai, no exceptions!
