In the guest bedroom there is a full and twin sized bed, with an accompanying bathroom featuring a shower/tub combination. There is also a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room of this residence. The exquisitely equipped kitchen with newer appliances, spacious living and dining area, modern bathrooms, and a comfortable master bedroom are just a few of the things that make guests come back to this unit year after year! The Neighborhood:
From a neighborhood perspective- Pointe Santo is located at the foot of one of the most highly esteemed beaches on Sanibel, directly off of the South end of Tarpon Bay road. The condo is located just minutes from "downtown" Sanibel, home to iconic establishments such as Bailey`s General Store and JN Ding Darling Wildlife Preserve.

Getting Around:
From a mobility perspective- We recommend either renting a car, golf cart, or bikes while staying with us. This residence is extremely close to many local restaurants, shopping, and activities.

Guests must complete a rental agreement at reservation confirmation.
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.

This apartment offers its guests a hot tub, barbecue grills, and a garden. This apartment also features laundry facilities and an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.
