Wake up to tropical views of the turquoise Gulf waters from your private lanai and enjoy direct access to Sanibel’s sugar-white sand beaches—perfect for shelling, strolling, and sunset watching.

Inside, this spacious retreat features a king bed in the primary suite, two XL twin beds in the guest bedroom (can be converted into a king as the owner provides a bed filler), and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. The fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and inviting open living space make this the perfect blend of comfort and convenience.

A unique feature of this property is the private ground-level cabana, complete with a bathroom and stocked with beach essentials—ideal convenience after a day by the water.

The intimate complex offers a peaceful island atmosphere with only a handful of units, plus a heated swimming pool anticipated to reopen mid-to end of February.
