Newly Renovated Two-King Condo, Poolside with Free Bikes

This fully renovated Island Beach Club condo is built for two couples: king suites on either end of the hall, each with its own bath, and a hallway of privacy in between. The screened lanai looks over the new heated saltwater pool; the gulf is a short walk through the palms. Two beach cruisers are ready for Sanibel's amazing bike paths. One dog is welcome, 40 lb max with a fee. On the ground floor, a closet is stocked with chairs, a wagon, and an umbrella. This 3rd floor condo is close to the elevator for convenience.

Enjoy breathtaking sunsets, shelling, biking, wildlife, and everything that makes Sanibel special. Whether you’re here to unwind or explore, our comfortable, sun-filled condo is the perfect home base for an unforgettable vacation.

At Island Beach Club 330A you will find a large, well-equipped space perfect for making meals. The kitchen is fully stocked with bakeware, pots, pans, utensils, plates, toaster, cocktail shaker, blender, crock pot, spices, etc. There is a regular drip coffee pot as well as a Keurig machine and a grinder. Pick your brew!

For those who want to keep up with their favorite shows, the living room has a 70" Smart TV with cable and amazing floor to ceiling windows to let in the beautiful Florida sunshine.

After a long day in the sun, wind down in your own king suite. Spacious bedroom #1 has a king bed, light and bright beach decor, en-suite bathroom, and a 50" Smart TV with cable. Bedroom #2 also has a plush king bed, en-suite bathroom, and a 43" Smart TV with cable. **We do have a 4-person maximum but can make exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

Island Beach Club boasts some of the larger 2-bedroom condos on the island. The complex has shuffleboard courts, gas grills, and easy access to the gulf. The storage closet also has sand toys for the beach. We do provide beach towels for guests to use during their stay.

The condo was described very accurately. It said it was the first unit by the elevator and that was a little concerning to me but once we got there we realized it was not right next to the unit. You never heard any noise from it. My Mother's condo is next to the elevator and you hear it going up and down all day. There was never a time that we could not get chairs by the pool, water was perfect, not too hot or too cold. Beach was very close by and not crowded at all. Bikes were great, took them out a few times. Hosts were great, answered any questions within minutes. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was beautiful, very spacious and exceptionally clean! The grounds were being put back together after the hurricane and we were amazed at all the work that has been completed. It was a bit of a bummer that the pool wasn’t open, probably next week. The beach was right behind the complex and it was gorgeous! The neighbors were very nice to talk to and the shells were abundant! The owners reached out and left their cellphone number for us to contact them for any reason. What a great week!

Awesome location, clean and beautiful. Comfy beds and fully stocked kitchen❤️ Easy walk right to the beach with all the things provided. My only complaint, (if you want to call it that) the beach umbrella may not last much longer. It worked for us and we were grateful to have it, but it’s seen better days. The bikes were great for an easy ride on the trails! Had the best family week, even met some other wonderful families in the same complex. We will definitely be back!

Sanibel Paradise

It was our first time to Sanibel and after narrowing down a lot of condos, we went with Island Beach Club. It did not disappoint! The condo was so bright and modern. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bedrooms were large and had their own bathroom. I liked the extra sink area in the bathroom with the makeup mirror. The condo was stocked with plenty of towels, beach gear, and even bikes! The walk to the beach was 3 min and 1 min to the pool! Awesome condo!

Amazing vacation home

Our stay at wind and tide was amazing. When you walk in the floor to ceiling windows are breathtaking. The pictures don’t do it justice. The layout of the condo was perfect for our family. The storage closet with chairs, umbrellas and bikes really set this condo apart from others we have stayed at. Most don’t share that with renters but it made the trip so much better. We weren’t hauling sandy stuff up to the condo, storing on the balcony, or in our car! The updates in the condo are really nice and there isn’t anything I would change. Thank you!
