Approx. 45m2, with 1 separate bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with shower, WC, window, washbasin, safe, cable flat screen TV and a fully equipped eat-in kitchen (ceramic hob with 4 hotplates, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, microwave with baking function and all cooking and eating utensils), dining table, very bright living room with comfortable sitting area (1 additional sleeping possibility), covered balcony terrace with table and chairs as well as direct access to the car park and green area, large garden and dining table.
