Wonderful ski in-ski out chalet with playroom
Accommodation description:
This luxurious and spacious holiday home with playroom is close to the ski slope of the Grebenzen ski area in Sankt Lambrecht. On the upper floor, near the living room and kitchen, there is a lovely covered balcony with fantastic unobstructed views. There is room for two cars under the extra-high carport of 260 and 270 cm respectively for large cars with a roof box. The outdoor terrace is ideal for long summer evenings with unobstructed views of the setting sun
Sankt Lambrecht is a cosy village with some nice restaurants and shops and a well-stocked supermarket. In the 2022/2023 winter season, a brand new state-of-the-art 10-seater gondola has been added to this still relatively undiscovered fantastic and snow-sure family ski area, with no long queues at the lifts.
There are several ski resorts in the area that can be visited with the same ski pass. In summer, a visit to the beautiful medieval town of Murau is highly recommended. Here you will find many nice shops and cosy terraces. Besides beautiful walks in the mountains, you can also walk or cycle the Mur cycle path here. This is a famous cycling path along the River Mur that runs right through the region. There are also many beautiful lakes and an 18-hole golf course about 20 minutes away by car.
In short, this area is the ideal place for active holidaymakers and those seeking peace and quiet, both in summer and winter, as it has not yet been discovered by mass tourism. Here you can still enjoy pure Austrian cosiness and numerous traditions. As for nature, the region is incredibly beautiful and unspoilt
