This unique house, one of the first built in the villa park, is located right next to the slopes of the Grebenzen ski area and offers beautiful, unique views of the slopes
Winter Fun: Skiing without Waiting Times; Ski lovers are in for a treat: the slopes and lifts are literally right next to this resort. The new, modern gondola (in use since winter 2022) ensures that you can enter the snow-sure family ski area directly and without long queues. Thanks to its hillside construction, this house enjoys breathtaking views of both the ski slope and the historic monastery - a privilege that only a few houses in the park have!
