Wellness chalet close to the ski slopes
Accommodation description:
This very modern, detached chalet is located right in the center of Sankt Margarethen im Lungau, a short distance from the ski lift, and has a great view of the slopes. This chalet consists of two equal halves, one of which you occupy. The living room has a modern Austrian dining area, a large seating area, and a luxurious kitchen. The large outdoor terrace with its south-facing garden and covered lounge seating area, separate sauna with outdoor shower is a real highlight!
The chalet is within walking distance of the ski lift of ski area Katschberg-Aineck (70 km of slopes) and about 200 m from the center with plenty of shopping facilities. The Obertauern ski area (100 km of slopes) can be reached by car in 25 minutes, the Grosseck-Speiereck ski area (50 km of slopes) in 5 minutes, and the Fanningberg family mountain in 20 minutes (30 km of slopes), all by free ski bus.
The cities of Salzburg and Villach, as well as northern Italy, Slovenia, and Croatia, are easily accessible. In summer, both active holidaymakers and those seeking tranquility can enjoy this wonderful area. Golfing, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, rafting, mountain yoga, and motorcycling on the many beautiful passes in the area are among the many ways to experience a fantastic holiday!
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
