Fantastic, quiet location with breathtaking views. Nice rustic farmhouse. Sauna included in summer and winter. Farmhouse "Lehen", 820 m a.s.l.. 4 km from the centre of St. Veit, 4 km from the centre of Schwarzach, 11 km from the centre of St. Johann, 3 km from the lake, 6 km from the skiing area. For shared use: (sandbox), parking on the premises. Shop 4 km, bus stop "Bahnhof" 5 km, railway station "Bahnhof St. Veit" 5 km, outdoor swimming pool 4 km, bathing lake "Goldegg" 3 km. Ski lift 6 km, ski rental 13 km, ski bus stop 400 m, sled run 4 km, cross country ski track 3 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: St. Johann/Alpendorf 13 km, Skizirkus Gastein 18 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Böndlsee 3 km. On the estate animal husbandry.

Charming rustic holiday home suitable for large families/groups. The owners are perfect hosts. Great location, a short drive from St Veit. Perefrct for accessing the ski slopes. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms, does require a comfortable seating area.

Das Ferienhaus ist rustikal und gemütlich mit sauberen und modernen Bädern. Idyllisch gelegen inclusive Kühen und Katzen vor dem Haus. WLAN und TV ist vorhanden und funktioniert. Die Vermieterin ist sehr herzlich, hilfsbereit und freundlich, wir haben sogar selbstgebackenen Kuchen bekommen. Wir fühlten uns von der ersten Minute an willkommen. Vielen Dank für das schöne, leider zu kurze Wochenende 🙂

Ferienhaus Lehen

Wir haben uns von Anfang an in dem Bauernhaus bei bestem Wetter mit Blick auf den Bergen sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, auch als wir einige Stunden verspätet angekommen sind. Das Haus liegt wie beschrieben in einem ruhigen Dorf. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und ist unglaublich liebevoll eingerichtet, es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Es ist geräumig und gemütlich. Die Vermieter sind sehr bemüht den Gästen einen großartigen Aufenthalt möglich zu machen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Schöner Kurzurlaub in herrlicher Bergwelt

Ein gemütliches altes Bauernhaus mit viel Platz. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, die Bäder neu renoviert und sehr schön. Die Schlafräume oben sind gemütlich. Die Gastgeber Rosi und Christian sind sehr nett, der Willkommen-Kuchen und die Schnapserl sehr lecker :) Die Umgebung ist traumhaft schön! Das Bauernhaus liegt ruhig, und rund herum sind Berge.

Ideales altes Bauernhaus für u...

Ideales altes Bauernhaus für uns als neunköpfige Familie (3 Generationen), wobei Romantik (Holzfeuer in der großen Wohnküche und im Flur/Treppenhaus) und Komfort (Fußbodenheizung in den beiden Bädern und drei Duschen, regelbare Heizkörper in allen vier Schlafräumen) in einem stimmigen Verhältnis sind. Die Vermieterin/Bäuerin ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit und weiß mit überraschenden Leckereien (Kuchen, selbst gebrannte Schnäpse) zu erfreuen. Auch hat sie rechtzeitig eingeheizt, wenn man nachmittags aus dem Skigebiet zurückkehrt und sich nach Wärme sehnt. Die Sauna im Haus ist nach einem Skitag hoch willkommen. Die Kinder lieben den Besuch im nebenan liegenden Kuhstall und lernen, mit Appetit die frisch gemolkene Milch zu trinken.
