Situado a unos ciento cincuenta metros de la playa, y de Bajo de Guia (zona de restaurantes y tapas). Al centro andando se tarda unos 10 minutos. En cuanto al apartamento destacar el patio interior, sin ruido y con espacio para reuniones (40 m2).

El lugar es tranquilo y los desplazamientos al centro se pueden realizar sin necesidad de utilizar el coche
