The hotel was fantastic. To start the hotel itself is in a beautiful building that added to the feeling of being in this great location. The staff were very supportive 100% helping us organise many different tours of the area. Staff support was offered 24 hours. It was fabulous to wake to a great breakfast in this lovely friendly hotel. Fully recommend.

Samimi ve iyi insanlar

İşletme sahipleri ve çalışanlar çok nazik ve tatlı insanlardı. Konak genel olarak güzel dizayn edilmiş. Biz cumartesi oradaydık ve akşam sıra gecesi olduğunu söylediler. Bizim başka programımız olduğu için çıktık ama döndükten sonra davet ettiler. Eğlenceye katıldık ve bize ikramda bulundular. Dediğim gibi, çalışanlar çok nazik ve içten insanlar. Ben de aslen Şanlıurfa’lı olduğum için belki de hepsine kanım ısındı. Lakin bir kaç tane eleştiri yapmam da gerekiyor. Bir kere kaldığımız oda sabah uyandığımda oldukça nem yaptı. Sabah kalktığımda asılı elbiseler biraz ıslanmış gibiydi. Yine kaldığımız odanın yanında malzeme deposu gibi bir yer vardı, heralde çalışanlar sürekli orayı kullandığı için biraz ses geldi. Kaldığımız odanın üzeri kahvaltı yapılan alandı. Dolayısıyla gece olsun, sabah erken saatte olsun, biraz fazla ses geldi. Bunlar otelin geneli için değil, kaldığımız oda için yapılan eleştiriler. Oda genel olarak rahatsız etmeyecek düzeyde temizdi lakin daha tertipli olmasını ve kullanılan malzemelerin daha kaliteli olmasını tavsiye ederim. Konum olarak zaten çok iyi bir yerde. Şanlıurfa zaten muhakkak görülmesi gereken bir yer.

Mükemmel konum, harika personel

Otelin konumu çok iyi, balıklıgöl, çarşı ve bir çok restaurant a yürüme mesafesinde , çok yakında ücretli otopark mevcut. Otel eski bir konak, odalarda ve avluda eski Urfa yaşamını hissedebilirsiniz, Cem Bey ve ekibi sizi rahat ettirmek için ne gerekiyorsa yapıyor, buradan memnuniyetsiz ayrılamazsınız ))))
